Redditch Canine Hydrotherapy | Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Redditch Canine Hydrotherapy (“the Centre”). By booking or attending a hydrotherapy session or a fun swim session you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Appointments & Booking
All hydrotherapy sessions must be booked in advance. Sessions are by appointment only and are subject to availability. A referral “Fit to Swim” form signed by a qualified veterinary professional is required before the initial session.
3. Deposits
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the session. Bookings without a deposit will not be confirmed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid loss of deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Clients who fail to attend without notice may be charged the full session fee.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the Centre declining future bookings.
5. Session Expectations
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time but full payment will still be required.
- Dogs must not be fed for at least 2 hours before or after their hydrotherapy session.
- Owners must ensure their dogs are clean and toileted before the session.
- If your dog is showing signs of illness (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, kennel cough, open wounds), please contact us as the session may need to be postponed.
6. Owner Responsibility
Dogs remain the responsibility of their owners at all times. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Owners must inform the Centre of any changes in their dog’s health, medications, or behaviour. The Centre reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Health and Safety
The Centre complies with relevant health and safety legislation including COSHH and RIDDOR and our accredited centre IRVAP. All pool and equipment hygiene protocols are strictly followed. In the event of an emergency, staff may administer first aid and/or call a veterinary surgeon.
8. Liability
While every care is taken during hydrotherapy sessions, the Centre accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or death of any animal during or after treatment. Clients agree to follow all instructions from hydrotherapists and understand that outcomes are not guaranteed.
9. Photography and Media
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for progress records or marketing. Please inform us if you do not wish your dog to be featured.
10. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the end of each session, minus any prepaid deposit. Payments can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer.
11. Changes to Terms
